Wicklow Athletics

Today we took a team 50 students from 3rd to 6th class to compete at the Wicklow Athletics Sports Day event at Charlesland running track. We had athletes competing in 500m &600m distance races, 80m sprint races, 4x100 relay races and the turbo javelin event. Our team were a credit to St. Andrew's and represented themselves and the school brilliantly.

It was a fantastic day out and we returned home with 5 individual medals and 3 team relay medals. Well done to everyone who took part and to all the parents who came to cheer us on!
