World Book Day 2026

World Book Day was a fantastic celebration in our school this year! Everyone made a great effort dressing up as their favourite book characters, bringing stories to life all around the classroom.

In 4th class, we added a fun twist to the day with a Where’s Wally? maths challenge. Instead of just searching for Wally, we turned it into a problem-solving activity—carefully counting and figuring out exactly how many Wallys were hidden in the picture. It was trickier than it looked, but full of excitement, teamwork, and plenty of discussion along the way.

A brilliant day of books, creativity, and a little bit of maths fun!
